Your Initial Chiropractic Assessment in Biñan
Your initial chiropractic assessment is designed to understand what is bothering you, how it affects your movement and daily activities, and whether chiropractic care is appropriate for you.
What Happens During Your First Visit
Conversation and health history
We begin by discussing your symptoms, goals, relevant health history, previous injuries, and any concerns you may have.
Physical and movement assessment
Doc Steve will assess posture, movement, joint function, and other clinically relevant findings. Additional examination procedures are used when appropriate.
Clear explanation and recommendations
We explain what we find in plain language. If chiropractic care is appropriate, we discuss personalized recommendations and how progress can be reviewed. If another type of care or further evaluation is more suitable, we will say so.
How to Prepare
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.
- Bring relevant imaging or medical reports if you already have them.
- Bring a list of medications or health information you may need to discuss privately at the clinic.
- Arrive a few minutes early so you are not rushed.
Free Conversation vs. Initial Assessment
A free preliminary phone or messaging conversation is a brief discussion about your concerns and whether scheduling may be appropriate. It is not an examination, diagnosis, or treatment. The clinical initial assessment takes place at the clinic.
Experienced care at Southwoods Mall
Doc Steve is a Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate with more than 25 years of experience. Care is individualized according to your examination, response, and goals.
